Exchange & Refund Policy – Calms At Calms, our goal is to provide you with products that meet your expectations. To make this process easier, please follow these guidelines:
• Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
• Delivery Fees: In case of returning items, the delivery fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us, the delivery fees will not be deducted
• In case of returning items, the return must be sent to the same address from which the order was originally shipped.
• Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Please note that refund and exchange cannot be requested for the same order. You may choose either a refund or an exchange, but not both
